• Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over ₹399. A shipping charge of ₹40 will apply to orders below ₹399.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination state.

Shipping Process

For Orders Not Requiring a Prescription:

• Order Placement: Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM are shipped the next day.

• Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

• Delivery Timeline: 2-4 days delivery in major cities. For remote locations like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery can take up to 6 days.

For Cash-On-Delivery Orders:

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation call from our customer support team to verify and confirm your address.

• Shipping: Once confirmed, orders are shipped the same day if confirmed before 12 PM, and the next day if confirmed after 12 PM.

• Delivery Timeline: Same as above.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to addresses across India, covering most pin codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
